Doug is teaching yoga at the gym tonight, so I am really looking forward to going! If you need a refresher as to why his classes are the best, revisit my March 1st blog :-) I have an insanely busy four weeks ahead of me, so I'm hoping this class will help me stay centered and focused. This shall be my goal for the class - to use it as a starting point for a relatively issue-free month.
On an unrelated topic, Sarah's chalk rendering of Van Gogh's Wheat Fields Near Arles is now on display at the Irmo branch of the Lexington County Public Library through April 12th. I haven't even seen it yet, but I can't wait to take the family to the library to see her art on display. I'm sure it's pretty good since her art teacher, who can be quite picky, chose it to be displayed. She brought home a pencil-drawn self-portrait yesterday, and I must say it was quite good! When I get a chance, I'll scan it in and post it here and on facebook. I'm so proud of my budding artist!
